Library

• Our library has over 4,000 titles and we introduce new books into the system throughout the year. We are housed in a modern information literacy centre.
• We encourage parents to come and assist in library sessions. This involves managing the Access-it library programme which is an easy programme to use. We also have grandmothers coming in and giving up their free time to help out in the library
• Children are generally issued two books at each library session.
• Children are encouraged to use the library at all times during the school day and it is open during afternoon break for children to browse, change books, play board games or use the computers for research. Our librarian, Mrs Hoare, is available to help children find the appropriate resources.
