Enrolling Your Five Year Old in the New Entrants class

Starting school is an important milestone in a child's life. It is a major event for the parents too. It is important that both you and your child are well prepared for this step.

If you are considering enrolling your child with us, please call the school and speak to Judi Street - Secretary, or Jeanette Shearer - Principal, to arrange a time to meet. We suggest that you make contact soon after your child's fourth birthday.

Children really benefit from pre-enrolment visits, which give them some experience at school before he/she starts. The New Entrant teacher will contact you to arrange specific times and dates for your child to visit, commencing around three weeks prior to their start date.
